Copyright and Usage
All images are the exclusive property and copyright of Vergara Weddings (Vergara Media LLC). Clients are granted permission to download and share images strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use, reproduction, sale, or distribution is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Gallery Access and Expiration
Galleries remain active for a limited period (typically 1 year from delivery). After this time, access may be disabled, and requests for reactivation or file retrieval may be subject to additional fees.

Printing Rights
Clients are granted printing rights for personal use. For the best results, we recommend professional print labs. Vergara Weddings is not responsible for print quality, color variation, or errors when using third-party or consumer-grade printing services.

Social Media & Digital Sharing
Clients may share images on personal social media accounts, provided the images are not altered beyond basic cropping and are credited to Vergara Weddings when reasonably possible. Use of filters, heavy edits, or AI modifications is not permitted without prior consent, as such changes compromise the artistic integrity of the work.

Modification or Termination of Service
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue gallery access or related services at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability
Vergara Weddings is not liable for unauthorized access, downloading, or misuse of gallery images by third parties once access has been provided. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login information.
